This is truly a step in the right direction and I commend the NDDC for reaching out to form a coalition that will be able to develop a voice that will be heard.  

Presumably you will be able to get cities from throughout the state that are interested to join you.  Others that come to mind are:  Winona, New Ulm, Little Falls, Duluth, St. Cloud, Taylors Falls, and Pipestone.</description>
